Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened with an electronic hair stick at temperatures below 120 ℃. It is generally recommended to use temperatures between 70-90 ℃, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Please note that our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because there are no hair cuticles to retain color for a long time and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed.

To properly wear the wig, follow these steps: a. Gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb. b. Put on the wig cap. c. Put on the wig and adjust the inner net buckle. d. Ensure that the wig is securely in place.

To clean and care for the wig, detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb. Then, put shampoo in cold or warm water, soak the wig for 1-3 minutes, rinse it thoroughly with water, and dry it with a towel. Gently shake the wig to regain its style and let it dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling may occur with all wigs, especially when worn for the first time. This is normal. To minimize shedding and tangling, use a wide-tooth comb to comb the hair from the ends to the roots. Following this method will prevent further shedding and tangling. (Note: For curly wigs, it is recommended to use fingers instead of a comb).

Please be aware that due to hand trimming, there may be slight variations in hairstyle between different batches of wigs. You can restyle the wig according to your needs. Additionally, colors may appear slightly different depending on your personal computer or cell phone monitor settings. We make every effort to accurately represent colors in our product photos.

Please note: The wig may be slightly out of shape upon arrival due to packaging or transportation. Don't worry, simply take a minute or two to comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will look just like in the picture.

Length: Approximately 14 inches/35 cm

Cap size: The maximum circumference is approximately 21-22 inches/53-55 cm (with a normal margin of error between 1-2 cm). The size is adjustable.
